We collect the information you provide directly: account details (email, username), profile information, music submissions, briefs, and messages. We also collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

2. Cookies and Storage

Pitch does not use traditional tracking cookies for analytics or advertising. We use local browser storage to maintain your authentication session and app preferences. Third-party services integrated for authentication (such as Google OAuth) may set their own cookies during the sign-in process, which we do not control.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate the platform and match supervisors with submitters.
• To process payments and payouts.
• To send transactional emails (submission confirmations, brief updates, etc.).
• To enforce our terms and keep the platform safe.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, our cloud backend for data storage). Identities remain anonymous between supervisors and submitters until a supervisor explicitly chooses to shortlist a track and open communication.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings. If you wish to delete your entire account and associated data, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
